<p>5+ years of experience in systems engineering (MSP or multi-client support a plus).</p><p>Strong skills in Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and networking.</p><p>Familiarity with Intune, Autopilot, and security tools like Microsoft Defender.</p><p>Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.</p><p>Relevant certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware, Cisco) preferred but not required.</p>
