<p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>IT Project Manager</strong> with proven experience managing large-scale technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to drive projects independently from initiation through delivery.</p><p><br></p><p>Extensive experience as a full-time Project Manager.</p><p>Ability to manage projects using <strong>Waterfall or Agile methodologies</strong> and perform <strong>Scrum Master responsibilities</strong> where applicable.</p><p>Experience working on projects with a <strong>large number of stakeholders</strong> (business and technical).</p><p>Hands-on experience in <strong>two or more areas</strong>:</p><ul><li>Multi-factor authentication</li><li>Payments</li><li>Web enhancements</li><li>Digital products</li><li>Title releases</li><li>Bank account validations</li></ul><p>Experience in <strong>financial services</strong> (loan origination, servicing, insurance, or captive finance) is a plus.</p><p>Proven ability to drive completion of <strong>SOX / Compliance deliverables</strong> related to initiatives.</p><p>Proficiency with tools such as <strong>Azure DevOps, Clarity, MS Project, SharePoint</strong>, or similar project management platforms.</p><p>Strong understanding of <strong>Project Lifecycle</strong> and <strong>Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)</strong> processes.</p><p>Ability to follow established <strong>Project Management processes</strong> and create deliverables including:</p><ul><li>Project plans</li><li>Resource plans</li><li>Budgets</li><li>RAID logs</li><li>Status reports</li><li>Executive decks</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Technical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Project Management Tools:</strong> Proficiency in <strong>Azure DevOps</strong>, <strong>Clarity</strong>, <strong>MS Project</strong>, <strong>SharePoint</strong>, or similar tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.</li><li><strong>Methodologies:</strong> Strong knowledge of <strong>Agile</strong>, <strong>Scrum</strong>, and <strong>Waterfall</strong> execution methodologies; ability to act as Scrum Master when needed.</li><li><strong>Compliance & Governance:</strong> Experience managing <strong>SOX compliance deliverables</strong> and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.</li><li><strong>Lifecycle Knowledge:</strong> Deep understanding of <strong>Project Lifecycle</strong> and <strong>Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)</strong> processes.</li></ul><p><br></p>
