<p>Robert Half is seeking a skilled Payroll Supervisor for a contract engagement with one of our valued clients in the healthcare sector. In this role, you’ll oversee payroll processing for four agencies within the client’s portfolio, supporting approximately 300 clinicians. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced payroll professionals to contribute their expertise in a dynamic environment.</p><p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Contract Role:</strong> You will be a consultant hired and supported by Robert Half, working onsite with a client organization.</li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Remote may be available; occasional travel to local agency sites around Tacoma required for training.</li><li><strong>Client Focus:</strong> Overseeing payroll operations for four agencies totaling approximately 300 clinical staff.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end payroll processing for four agencies using Workday and ADP platforms.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Review and validate timesheets, deductions, and adjustments.</li><li>Reconcile payroll data prior to transmission and verify post-processing reports.</li><li>Address payroll-related questions and issues for clinicians and management.</li><li>Assist in payroll data audits and support process improvements.</li><li>Conduct on-site training sessions as needed at various local sites.</li></ul>
