Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Sunnyvale, California. The ideal candidate will excel in providing organizational support, managing communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to a team’s success.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and effective communication.<br>• Manage calendars and schedule appointments to optimize time and efficiency.<br>• Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks to maintain organized records.<br>• Act as the primary receptionist, greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service.<br>• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.<br>• Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word to support administrative needs.<br>• Coordinate email communications and maintain organization through Microsoft Outlook.<br>• Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and supplies.<br>• Support team members with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.<br>• Proficient in handling multi-line phone systems.<br>• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.<br>• Exceptional organizational and calendar management abilities.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• A customer-focused attitude and a detail-oriented approach.<br>• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
