Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Sunnyvale, California. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in multitasking. The role involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining organizational efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating communications.<br>• Answer inbound calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.<br>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update company records.<br>• Handle receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and ensuring they are directed appropriately.<br>• Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory to ensure operational needs are met.<br>• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documentation as needed.<br>• Support other team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.<br>• Collaborate with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or a similar role.<br>• Proficiency in answering calls and managing detailed correspondence.<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting clients and managing visitor logs.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• A proactive and team-oriented mindset to support collaborative efforts.
