Payroll Administrator
<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with payroll expertise to join our team. This role is responsible for managing HR functions including onboarding, recruiting, training, and employee engagement, while also overseeing payroll processing and timesheet management.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes</li><li>Support recruitment efforts: job postings, candidate screening, and interviews</li><li>Coordinate employee training and development programs</li><li>Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws</li><li>Process payroll accurately and on time using ADP (or similar system)</li><li>Maintain employee records, schedules, and timesheets</li><li>Assist with benefits administration and employee relations</li><li>Drive employee engagement initiatives</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of HR generalist and payroll experience</li><li>Proficiency with ADP or other HRIS/payroll systems</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This position is looking to start immediately.
