<p>Our client in Stockbridge, MA is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a contract assignment. If you have experience with accounts payable/receivable and thrive in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply!</p><p><strong>Day-to-Day Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable activities</li><li>Enter housing applications into company systems</li><li>Respond to resident and customer inquiries with professionalism and care</li><li>Assist residents as needed, providing strong customer service support</li><li>Participate in the annual recertification process for residents</li><li>Tax experience or exposure is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Must Haves – Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven work with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)</li><li>Proficiency in processing cash receipts</li><li>Familiarity with the annual recertification process for housing or similar environments</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Preferences:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior tax experience is advantageous</li><li>Reliable, organized, and adaptable</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul><p><br></p>
