In the Collections role you will be responsible for calling members on delinquent accounts and assisting them in restoring good standing status with the institution. <p>- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration</p><p>- 2-3 years of prior high volume collections experience</p><p>- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills</p><p>- Experience using accounting software</p><p>- Intermediate Excel knowledge (PivotTables, V-Lookups) preferred</p><p>- Great attention to detail </p>
