<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p>Our company is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our dynamic technology team in St. Louis. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, and networks. Your expertise will ensure our business technologies run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily performance and maintenance of servers, networks, and related systems.</li><li>Install and configure new software, hardware, and applications.</li><li>Monitor system health, security, and backup procedures.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for end users.</li><li>Implement and support security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls.</li><li>Collaborate with IT team members on projects involving cloud migration, upgrades, or new technology solutions.</li><li>Maintain documentation of configurations, troubleshooting, and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices for business systems (e.g., cloud fundamentals, cybersecurity essentials).</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.</li><li>Relevant microcredentials or certifications (such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or AWS) a plus (Source: Job Search Strategies Guide.pdf).</li><li>2+ years of experience in systems administration or related IT support role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and networking fundamentals.</li><li>Experience with virtualization, cloud environments, and backup solutions.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.</li></ul>
