Are you an experienced IT detail oriented ready to drive advanced networking initiatives for a leading organization in the St. Louis area? Our company is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to architect, implement, and support critical network solutions that empower business operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintain robust enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, cloud, and wireless technologies. Optimize network performance, monitor system health, and implement security protocols for data and asset protection. Lead major projects involving network upgrades, cloud migrations, and integrations with emerging technologies. Manage firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers, and other network hardware; troubleshoot complex connectivity and performance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements and deliver seamless user experiences. Document network configurations, policies, and procedures; ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Mentor entry level engineers and share expertise through training, best practices, and technical leadership.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in network engineering; CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent certification highly desirable. Extensive expertise in TCP/IP, routing, switching (Cisco/Arista/Juniper), network virtualization, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proven track record managing large-scale network projects and troubleshooting high-priority incidents. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
