<p>Our non-profit client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support the implementation and coordination of key financial and accounting operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger integrity, while contributing to strategic improvements in financial accuracy and compliance.</p><p><br></p>

<p>The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. They demonstrate a strong understanding of core accounting principles, with a preference for those familiar with nonprofit finance. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential, along with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. The role requires someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment</p>
