As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play an integral role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the month-end close process, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the financial health of the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to expand their expertise and take on new challenges!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process and manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.</li><li>Support the month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.</li><li>Conduct variance analysis and provide insight into financial data trends.</li><li>Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accurate coding of expenses and revenue.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, payroll accounts, and intercompany transactions.</li><li>Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.</li><li>Maintain compliance with relevant accounting regulations and company policies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).</li><li>Solid understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.</li><li>Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with ERP systems is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li></ul><p><strong>About Robert Half:</strong></p><p>At Robert Half, we specialize in connecting professionals like you with rewarding opportunities that match your career goals.
