We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and ensure the accurate processing of payroll for up to 1000 employee's and student payroll. This Contract position offers an opportunity to manage payroll operations efficiently while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations in greater Springfield, Massachusetts, Responsibilities:• Manage and execute bi-weekly payroll processing employees, including student payroll using Paycom.• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.• Handle payroll deductions, garnishments, and withholding processes accurately and promptly.• Perform detailed reviews and reconciliations of payroll accounts to maintain accuracy.• Address and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.• Evaluate current payroll systems and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure payroll data is accurate and up-to-date.

• Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll operations.• Expertise in handling payroll for over 500 employees.• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, including proficiency with Paycom.• Familiarity with payroll-related deductions, garnishments, and withholdings.• Ability to conduct thorough account reconciliations with attention to detail.• Solid understanding of payroll compliance regulations at local, state, and federal levels.• Excellent problem-solving skills to address payroll issues effectively.• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage payroll processes efficiently.
