This is an exciting opportunity to contribute strategic insights and lead a skilled team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Consolidate financial data from multiple locations to ensure accurate and comprehensive financial reporting.</p><p>• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP, ensuring accuracy. </p><p>• Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.</p><p>• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing variances and aligning financial plans with organizational objectives.</p><p>• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.</p><p>• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering growth and maintaining high-performance standards.</p><p>• Collaborate with external auditors, coordinating audits and addressing inquiries to ensure a smooth process.</p><p>• Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships to optimize liquidity and working capital.</p><p>• Drive process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.</p><p>• Provide financial analysis and strategic support for initiatives such as acquisitions, expansions, and capital investments.</p><p><br></p><p>Please send resumes directly to Chelsea Halon - chelsea.halon@roberthalf com </p>
