They are seeking a <strong>Senior Plant Accountant</strong> to join their team and oversee the day-to-day general accounting functions at the plant level. This is a highly visible role that will report directly to the Divisional Controller, who is invested in mentoring and developing this individual for quick progression into an Accounting Manager role. <ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting</strong> (required).</li><li><strong>3–5+ years</strong> of full-cycle accounting experience, including:</li><li>General ledger</li><li>Financial statement preparation</li><li>Inventory and cost accounting</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.).</li><li>Hands-on ERP system experience (required).</li><li>Experience in manufacturing or a related industry (required).</li><li>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively across departments.</li></ul>
