Responsibilities:• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new team members have a smooth and engaging transition into the organization.• Address employee concerns with professionalism while promoting inclusivity and conflict resolution.• Collaborate with employees and managers to support training, development, and performance management initiatives.• Participate in investigations related to workplace issues, ensuring thorough documentation and timely resolution.• Provide guidance to employees and supervisors regarding HR policies, wellness programs, and disability support.• Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports to support HR decisions and operations.• Support company-wide HR initiatives and cross-functional projects to improve organizational effectiveness.• Assist with labor relations, including union contract administration and fostering positive communication.• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage HR data and reporting requirements.• Promote teamwork and effective communication across departments to strengthen internal collaboration. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.• Minimum of five years’ experience working as an HR Generalist, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.• Familiarity with union contracts and labor relations is highly desirable.• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.• Proven ability to analyze information critically and develop logical solutions to complex challenges.• Experience managing projects and delivering results within tight deadlines.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills, as well as HRIS systems, UKG experience preferred.• Ability to work independently while escalating issues when necessary.
