HR Generalist
<p>We are looking for a bilingual HR Generalist to join our team in Itasca, Illinois. This contract-to-hire role focuses on providing comprehensive support in employee relations, ensuring smooth communication and addressing day-to-day HR inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience with shift adjustments and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide guidance to employees regarding company policies, attendance, and other HR-related inquiries.</p><p>• Support employee relations efforts, including addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.</p><p>• Assist with the transition and onboarding process for employees moving to the 2nd shift.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication across shifts.</p><p>• Utilize HR systems, such as Paylocity (can train on the software), to manage employee data and resolve login issues.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.</p><p>• Offer assistance with benefit-related functions as needed.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with employees and management to resolve issues and provide clarity.</p><p>• Support HR initiatives and projects to improve processes and employee satisfaction.</p><p>• Address day-to-day HR tasks, ensuring smooth operations across all shifts.</p>
<p><strong>• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.</strong></p><p>• Experience in employee relations, including managing workplace concerns and shift transitions.</p><p>• Familiarity with HR systems such as Paylocity or similar platforms.</p><p>• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.</p><p>• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards.</p><p>• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</p><p>• Previous experience in contract roles is preferred.</p><p>• Competency in benefit-related functions and general HR support.</p>
