Responsibilities:• Communicate with customers to address payment inquiries and provide timely resolutions.• Investigate and resolve issues related to short payments, ensuring accurate account balances.• Process cash receipts efficiently and maintain accurate financial records.• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report financial data effectively.• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of entries and transactions.• Collaborate with team members to optimize accounts receivable processes.• Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.• Identify discrepancies in payments and take appropriate corrective actions.• Support the team during busy periods by managing high volumes of data entry.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.• Proficiency in Excel for managing and analyzing data.• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.• Excellent communication abilities for interacting with customers and team members.• Detail-oriented mindset to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.• Commitment to delivering high-quality work in a long-term contract role
