Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. • Utilize accounting software systems, including ERP platforms, to process financial data. • Prepare and review financial documents, such as invoices, expense reports, and reconciliations. • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and streamline accounting workflows. • Provide support for payroll processing through systems like ADP and Ceridian. • Analyze financial data to assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions. • Adapt quickly to feedback and maintain a commitment to continuous improvement. • Uphold the mission and values of the organization in all accounting practices.
