<p><strong>Required Skills & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Solid experience in <strong>Salesforce Sales Cloud</strong> and <strong>Service Cloud</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)</strong> as part of a core Salesforce product.</li><li>Proven ability in <strong>requirements gathering</strong> and visualization using tools like Figma or similar.</li><li>Excellent <strong>communication skills</strong> capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals, especially field sales teams!</li><li>Strong <strong>solutioning mindset</strong> and the ability to articulate and design solutions.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel (e.g., Vlookups).</li><li>Ability to import and export metadata and manage data quality within Salesforce is a MUST</li></ul><p><strong>Must Haves:</strong></p><ul><li>Hands on experience in updating Meta data and data import/export</li><li>Good experience in Sales Cloud, SOQL</li><li>Excel VLOOKUP skills</li><li>Experience in data quality management in a Salesforce environment</li><li>Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering and user story development</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5-10+ years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role within a Salesforce environment.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies.</li><li>Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role.</li><li>Understanding of APEX programming a plus.</li><li>Experience with reporting and dashboard requirements in Salesforce.</li><li>Experience with illustration tools such as Figma</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment & Schedule:</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid model: Expect to be onsite 3 days per week at their office off of Cumberland Parkway in Vinings</li><li>Business casual dress code.</li></ul>
