The Business Analyst will support day-to-day operations by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and assisting with data-driven decision-making. This role partners closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA to translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements. The BA will also use SQL to pull basic data for reports and validations, and create simple wireframes in Figma to support UI/UX discussions. This is an onsite contract-to-permanent position ideal for someone early in their BA career (1–3 years).

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst • Ability to gather business requirements and write user stories • Basic SQL skills (selects, joins, filters, data validation) • Ability to create simple mockups/wireframes using Figma • Experience supporting UAT and writing test cases • Strong documentation and communication skills • Comfort working onsite and collaborating with multiple teams • Familiarity with Agile or similar SDLC processes
