<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Business Analyst with a Product Owner mindset</strong> to lead enterprise integration and last-mile delivery initiatives. This role requires strong facilitation skills, deep understanding of Agile practices, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions</li><li>Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows</li><li>Own roadmap creation, backlog management, and UAT planning</li><li>Drive integrations across ERPs, telematics (Samsara), and dispatch systems (DispatchTrack)</li><li>Create data mapping and conversion documentation for system-to-system integrations</li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solutions in an Agile environment</li><li>Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li><strong>Enterprise Integration Experience</strong>: Worked on ERP and multi-system integration projects</li><li><strong>Strong Facilitation Skills</strong>: Comfortable leading discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings</li><li><strong>Agile Expertise</strong>: Deep understanding of SDLC, user stories, and backlog management</li><li><strong>SQL Knowledge</strong>: Ability to write queries for data validation and UAT support</li><li><strong>Data Mapping Experience</strong>: Familiarity with data warehouses, marts, and lakehouses</li><li><strong>Product Owner Mindset</strong>: Ability to own end-to-end delivery and suggest process improvements</li><li><strong>Excellent Communication</strong>: Can engage non-technical users and senior business leaders</li><li><strong>Retail/Supply Chain Exposure</strong>: Understanding of last-mile delivery, POS, and logistics processes</li><li><strong>Self-Starter</strong>: Works independently, creates roadmaps, and drives outcomes without hand-holding</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Samsara and DispatchTrack</li><li>Worked in large enterprise environments (Cox, Coca-Cola, Delta, Turner, etc.)</li><li>Certifications: CSPO, CBAP, SAFe, or similar</li></ul>
