The role is based in Seattle, Washington, and requires an individual who excels in strategic planning, attention to detail, and effective communication.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects within established timelines and budgets.<br>• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scopes, schedules, and resource allocation.<br>• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring deliverables align with organizational objectives.<br>• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project phases.<br>• Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.<br>• Manage risks proactively, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.<br>• Organize and oversee events and meetings to support project milestones and goals.<br>• Ensure compliance with formal project management standards and best practices.<br>• Utilize PMP-certified knowledge to uphold high-quality project management practices.<br>• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on cross-functional initiatives.<br>• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies for adaptive project execution.<br>• PMP certification is required, demonstrating expertise in formal project management.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams.<br>• Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle.<br>• Experience in event coordination and facilitation of meetings.<br>• Solid understanding of project management tools and techniques to drive results.
