Project Manager
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee cross-functional initiatives and ensure project objectives are met efficiently. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to lead diverse teams, streamline workflows, and drive successful project outcomes. The role is based in Seattle, Washington, and requires an individual who excels in strategic planning, attention to detail, and effective communication.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects within established timelines and budgets.<br>• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scopes, schedules, and resource allocation.<br>• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring deliverables align with organizational objectives.<br>• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project phases.<br>• Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.<br>• Manage risks proactively, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.<br>• Organize and oversee events and meetings to support project milestones and goals.<br>• Ensure compliance with formal project management standards and best practices.<br>• Utilize PMP-certified knowledge to uphold high-quality project management practices.<br>• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
• Proven experience in project management with a focus on cross-functional initiatives.<br>• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies for adaptive project execution.<br>• PMP certification is required, demonstrating expertise in formal project management.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams.<br>• Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle.<br>• Experience in event coordination and facilitation of meetings.<br>• Solid understanding of project management tools and techniques to drive results.
