Customer Experience Specialist
We are looking for a success-driven Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a contract basis during the holiday season in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with attention to detail and care. This is a fast-paced position ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy providing exceptional service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries daily while maintaining a positive and detail-oriented demeanor.<br>• Handle orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and in alignment with company policies.<br>• Document customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.<br>• Communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels to ensure customer satisfaction.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and solution-focused work environment.<br>• Utilize multiple browsers and systems to efficiently address customer concerns and resolve connectivity issues.<br>• Ensure timely and accurate email correspondence to address customer queries.<br>• Contribute to a high-energy holiday team environment by bringing adaptability and a positive attitude.<br>• Stay detail-oriented to meet service standards during peak periods.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.<br>• Proficiency in navigating multiple browsers and systems simultaneously.<br>• Strong skills in written and verbal communication.<br>• Ability to resolve connectivity problems and other technical issues.<br>• Demonstrated commitment to customer success and satisfaction.<br>• Attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Adaptability to work collaboratively within a seasonal team.<br>• Enthusiasm for delivering excellent service during high-demand periods.
