Talent Acquisition Specialist
<p>We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Schaumburg, Illinois. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across various roles and levels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organization while fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and implement effective strategies to source and attract candidates through various channels, including headhunting, job boards, and social media.</p><p>• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidate needs to aligning them with organizational goals.</p><p>• Draft compelling job postings and manage advertisements across internal and external platforms.</p><p>• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a robust pool of candidates with relevant experience for open positions.</p><p>• Conduct pre-employment background checks and oversee the transition of candidates to HR for onboarding.</p><p>• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate records and documentation.</p><p>• Prepare offer letters, facilitate candidate handoff to onboarding, and ensure pre-employment paperwork is completed efficiently.</p><p>• Analyze market trends to develop competitive compensation and rewards strategies.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and state-specific hiring regulations while promoting diversity and inclusion.</p><p>• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.</p>
<p>• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.</p><p>• Strong proficiency in utilizing diverse sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.</p><p>• Ability to assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey job expectations clearly and professionally.</p><p>• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.</p><p>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate documentation.</p><p>• Knowledge of competitive compensation practices and market trends.</p><p>• Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts.</p><p>• English and Spanish proficiency is preferred.</p>
