<p>As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This position requires hands-on experience working with accounting systems such as NetSuite or SAP.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Perform general ledger accounting functions, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes.</li><li>Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll activities as needed.</li><li>Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.</li><li>Support audits by providing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline accounting procedures.</li><li>Maintain and update records in NetSuite or SAP, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements for greater efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.</li><li>Proficiency in NetSuite or SAP is required.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p><br></p>
