<p>Overview:</p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on NetSuite experience to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end close activities in NetSuite. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills and is comfortable navigating technology-driven accounting environments.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Process and record journal entries, accruals, and general ledger transactions utilizing NetSuite ERP.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.</li><li>Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures, including account reconciliations.</li><li>Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed within NetSuite.</li><li>Analyze financial data and prepare standard reports for management.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operational teams to resolve discrepancies and implement process improvements.</li><li>Assist with audits and ensure timely responses to auditor requests.</li><li>Contribute to system enhancements or upgrades related to NetSuite and accounting processes.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of accounting experience, with direct NetSuite ERP experience preferred.</li><li>Solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cloud-based accounting solutions.</li></ul><p><br></p>
