Responsibilities: • Manage and process accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately. • Prepare and maintain records for accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and reconciliations. • Oversee the general ledger by recording and reviewing entries to ensure accuracy. • Create and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records. • Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies. • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements by gathering and analyzing data. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in all financial processes. • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly. • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for audits and reporting purposes.

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. • Strong knowledge of general ledger and journal entries processes. • Proficiency in performing bank reconciliations with attention to detail. • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards. • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
