<p><strong>Staff Accountant – </strong>Contract-to-Hire </p><p> </p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> Up to <strong>$31/hour</strong> (Contract) | <strong>$66,500</strong> (Perm)</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Hybrid – <strong>3 days in office / 2 days remote</strong></p><p><strong>Start Time:</strong> Flexible, between <strong>7:00 AM – 8:30 AM</strong> (consistent schedule required)</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Staff Accountant</strong> to support a high-volume, fast-paced accounting team. This role is temp-to-hire and offers the opportunity to work across a variety of accounting functions including reconciliations, fixed assets, and month-end close.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform income and expense reconciliations</li><li>Handle intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations</li><li>Support monthly consolidation reporting</li><li>Assist with quarterly and year-end close, as well as annual audits</li><li>Work with large datasets and exported data</li><li>Participate in cross-training within the accounting department</li><li>Support system upgrades or conversions as needed</li><li>Communicate status updates, deadlines, and questions clearly and promptly</li></ul><p><br></p>
