FTEP is designed for accounting professionals looking for stability and growth in a dynamic, client-focused environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Accounting Operations:</strong> Perform essential accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing processes.</li><li><strong>Financial Statements:</strong> Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other applicable regulations.</li><li><strong>Reporting and Analysis:</strong> Generate financial reports, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to improve client outcomes.</li><li><strong>Work with Clients:</strong> Collaborate directly with client teams to implement accounting processes, systems, and controls tailored to their business needs.</li><li><strong>Audit Support:</strong> Provide support during internal and external audits by assembling necessary documentation and addressing audit inquiries.</li><li><strong>Technology Utilization:</strong> Leverage accounting and ERP software, such as MS Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, or other tools, as applicable to client environments.</li><li><strong>Compliance and Accuracy:</strong> Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all accounting transactions and processes.</li></ul><p><br></p>
