<p>Overview:</p><p>Our company is seeking a Senior Accountant with proven experience using NetSuite to manage our core accounting functions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, ensuring the accuracy of ledger entries, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and driving process improvements within NetSuite. You will collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operational teams and serve as a resource for complex accounting issues.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports in NetSuite.</li><li>Maintain and analyze the general ledger to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and compliant with GAAP.</li><li>Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions as they relate to NetSuite processes.</li><li>Assist with tax compliance, audit preparation, and respond to auditor inquiries.</li><li>Review processes and recommend improvements to optimize financial workflows within NetSuite.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, interpret financial information, and support strategic initiatives.</li><li>Prepare and present detailed financial analyses and variance reports for management.</li><li>Mentor junior accounting staff and serve as a NetSuite resource for the team.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.</li><li>4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including direct NetSuite ERP use.</li><li>Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cloud-based accounting solutions.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.</li></ul><p><br></p>
