Sales Support
We are looking for an experienced Sales Support specialist to join our team in Santa Clara, California. • Proven experience in sales support or a sales-related role, preferably within the plumbing or similar industries.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.<br>• Familiarity with post-sales processes and order management systems.<br>• Ability to manage inbound and outbound sales tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proficiency in administrative tools and systems to maintain accurate sales records.<br>• Detail-oriented approach to ensure the accuracy of order entry and client communications.<br>• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to team goals.<br>• Willingness to stay updated on industry developments and adapt to evolving business needs.
