Project Manager - Systems
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a training-focused initiative for a detail-oriented services organization in San Ramon, California. This long-term contract position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will be skilled at translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for diverse stakeholders.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the execution and management of a training-related project, ensuring all objectives are met within the set timeline.<br>• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide concise updates and align project goals with organizational priorities.<br>• Translate technical requirements into clear, non-technical language to facilitate understanding across teams.<br>• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain efficiency.<br>• Develop detailed project plans and track milestones using tools such as Microsoft Excel.<br>• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.<br>• Identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions to mitigate challenges.<br>• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to communicate project status and outcomes.<br>• Maintain adherence to organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.<br>• Ensure the delivery of high-quality training materials and resources that meet client expectations.
• Proven experience in project or program management, particularly within training-related initiatives.<br>• Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.<br>• Proficiency in Excel for project tracking and reporting.<br>• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.<br>• Experience translating technical information into understandable language for non-technical audiences.<br>• Familiarity with services industry standards and practices.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.<br>• Prior experience in developing and delivering training materials is a plus.
