<p><strong>Required qualifications:</strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.) </li><li>PMP certification or equivalent project management certification </li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry </li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion </li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment </li></ul><p><strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong> </p><ul><li>Master's degree in a related field </li><li>Experience leading projects in multiple sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and healthcare </li><li>Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation </li><li>Knowledge of construction processes and building codes </li><li>Proficiency in project management software and tools  </li></ul><p><br></p>
