You will play a vital role in supporting daily financial operations and ensuring accuracy across various accounting tasks. Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. • Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure consistency in financial data. • Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking. • Prepare and record accounting entries in compliance with established guidelines. • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. • Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information. • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English. • Basic knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.• Familiarity with bank and account reconciliation procedures.• Understanding of standard accounting principles and financial entries.• Proficiency in using accounting software or tools.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.• Effective organizational and time management skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
