Software Engineer
We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of AI agents designed to enhance people-related projects and insights. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in building intelligent systems that improve HR processes, employee experiences, and organizational analytics.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, develop, and test AI agents tailored to people-focused initiatives within the People Insight team.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that enhance HR processes and employee experiences.<br>• Develop and optimize AI agent architectures to ensure high performance and scalability.<br>• Create and maintain documentation and establish best practices for AI agent development and deployment.<br>• Monitor the performance of AI agents and implement iterative improvements based on feedback and key metrics.<br>• Work on integrating AI tools and platforms to streamline analytics and decision-making processes.<br>• Contribute to the development of conversational AI frameworks and chatbot functionalities.<br>• Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical standards in all AI-related projects.<br>• Participate in Agile or Scrum development environments to ensure timely and effective project delivery.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent experience.<br>• Proven experience in designing, building, and testing AI agents or intelligent systems.<br>• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and familiarity with AI tools such as OpenAI Playground.<br>• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.<br>• Experience with architecture design and optimization for AI agents or similar technologies.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Strong communication skills for documenting processes and collaborating with stakeholders.
