<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and support complex system components for large-scale data solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with other developers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable software designs.</li><li>Write, review, and optimize detailed specifications and complex bug fixes.</li><li>Implement best practices, conduct code reviews, and adhere to modern development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).</li><li>Work with complex data models and storage subsystems.</li><li>Mentor junior developers on Big Data optimization and coding standards.</li><li>Stay updated on new technologies and apply them to improve system performance.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with internal and external technical resources.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years</strong> of software engineering experience.</li><li><strong>BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field</strong> (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Proven experience with <strong>Big Data technologies</strong> (Snowflake, Hadoop, Kafka, NoSQL, etc.).</li><li>Strong proficiency in <strong>Java, GoLang, and SQL</strong>.</li><li>Advanced understanding of <strong>data modeling</strong> (normalized/dimensional) and <strong>data manipulation optimization</strong>.</li><li>Experience working with <strong>Agile methodologies</strong> and <strong>test-driven development</strong>.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Strong research and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Databricks</strong> is a plus.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Top 3 Must-Have Skills</strong></p><ol><li>Snowflake</li><li>Big Data (Hadoop, Kafka, etc.)</li><li>Java</li></ol><p><br></p>
