We are looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge pharmacy software that combines telehealth and pharmacy operations. This position offers the chance to create user-centric solutions that redefine how pharmacies function, ensuring efficiency and reliability at scale. As a senior team member, you will lead the design and implementation of high-performance frontend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead the design, development, and optimization of web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and TypeScript.<br>• Implement best practices for scalability, security, and performance to support rapid growth.<br>• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to create seamless user experiences.<br>• Take ownership of critical architectural decisions while mentoring other engineers to strengthen frontend expertise.<br>• Utilize advanced front-end tools and frameworks, including state management solutions, to ensure robust application functionality.<br>• Enhance real-time interactions among patients, providers, and pharmacies with a focus on accessibility and usability.<br>• Drive innovation and foster a culture of technical excellence within the engineering team.<br>• Analyze and optimize workflows to improve pharmacy operational efficiency and reliability.<br>• Leverage AI-powered tools and modern technologies to deliver high-quality software at scale.

• Minimum of 7 years of frontend development experience, with expertise in React, React Native, and TypeScript.<br>• Proven track record of leading technical projects and delivering scalable web and mobile applications.<br>• Strong understanding of state management strategies and complex UX optimization in data-driven applications.<br>• Familiarity with modern development tools and pipelines, including CI/CD.<br>• Experience integrating Swift or Kotlin into React Native applications.<br>• Passion for building fast, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces.<br>• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with a focus on ownership and problem-solving.<br>• Knowledge of healthcare-related applications or inventory management systems is a plus.
