As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, account reconciliations, and month-end closings. Your role is pivotal in maintaining compliance and contributing to financial reporting processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and supporting schedules. </li><li>Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports for review by management.</li><li>Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions as needed.</li><li>Support audits by preparing documentation and answering inquiries.</li><li>Monitor financial data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience working as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms).</li><li>Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
