If you’re excited to contribute to a team and grow your career in accounting, we’d love to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Maintain and record accurate financial data in the general ledger.</li><li>Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.</li><li>Reconcile bank and credit card accounts to ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor invoices and customer payments.</li><li>Analyze financial data for accuracy and assist in identifying areas for improvement.</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company goals.</li><li>Assist with external audits by preparing schedules and providing necessary documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).</li><li>Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>:</p><ul><li>Experience in industries such as real estate, nonprofit, or manufacturing is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems or multi-entity accounting environments.</li><li>Background supporting audits or tax preparation processes.</li></ul><p><br></p>
