This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, account reconciliations, and journal entries</li><li>Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close processes</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis</li><li>Review and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects and initiatives</li><li>Assist with external audit processes and provide necessary documentation</li><li>Mentor and support junior members of the accounting team</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred</li><li>3+ years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li></ul><p><br></p>
