This role is ideal for professionals ready to take ownership of complex accounting functions and contribute to strategic financial decision-making while growing within a dynamic organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.</li><li>Oversee account reconciliations and the preparation of financial statements.</li><li>Analyze financial data and provide variance explanations.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial reporting.</li><li>Manage fixed assets, accruals, and support audit activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Mentor staff accountants and collaborate across departments.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.</li><li>3+ years of progressive accounting experience.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and Excel.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
