Your expertise will contribute to the organization's success through accurate reporting and efficient handling of transactions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy in financial records.</li><li>Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger activity</li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting principles.</li><li>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.</li><li>Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights that improve decision-making.</li><li>Support audit preparation and assist with tax filings and compliance.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the accounting function.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred but not required).</li><li>At least 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or related ERP systems).</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments.</li></ul>
