<p>A fast-growing <strong>consumer goods manufacturer</strong> in Solana Beach is seeking a motivated <strong>Junior Accountant</strong> to join their collaborative accounting team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of daily accounting operations while gaining exposure to advanced financial processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.</li><li>Support month-end closing activities by preparing journal entries and reconciliations.</li><li>Help maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules.</li><li>Process expense reports and reconcile corporate credit cards.</li><li>Assist with inventory tracking and cost accounting support.</li><li>Prepare ad hoc financial reports for management and auditors.</li><li>Maintain documentation to support GAAP compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with senior accountants and the Controller to streamline accounting workflows.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>1–3 years of accounting experience, ideally in <strong>manufacturing, retail, or distribution</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>QuickBooks Online</strong> and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn within a growing team.</li></ul><p><br></p>
