<p>Robert Half is seeking a highly analytical Payroll Analyst to join a dynamic organization. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and providing insightful analysis to enhance payroll operations. If you excel in data analysis, payroll systems, and meticulous reporting, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process payroll for employees accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.</li><li>Analyze payroll data to identify patterns, discrepancies, or opportunities for process improvements.</li><li>Prepare and generate payroll reports for management, including tax summaries, deductions, and benefit contributions.</li><li>Investigate payroll discrepancies and assist in resolving employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.</li><li>Audit payroll records to ensure accuracy and consistency in employee compensation and taxation.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, including salary changes, bonuses, reimbursements, and other applicable payroll items.</li><li>Collaborate with Human Resources and Accounting teams to ensure payroll accuracy and alignment with benefits and tax codes.</li><li>Assist with year-end reporting, including preparation and submission of W-2s and other required payroll documentation.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.</li><li>2-3 years of experience in payroll administration or payroll analysis roles is required.</li><li>Proficiency in payroll systems such as ADP, Paylocity, Workday, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of payroll regulations, wage laws, and tax compliance requirements.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and comfort working with large datasets.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain payroll topics effectively.</li></ul><p><br></p>
