<ul><li>5+ years of experience in construction operations, project management, or a related leadership role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and best practices.</li><li>Proven management and interpersonal skills; ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or related field preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
