We are looking for a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team in San Diego, California. In this contract position, you will play an essential role in organizing and maintaining records to ensure the smooth operation of our healthcare services. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while showcasing your administrative skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring records are easily accessible.<br>• Scan paper documents and convert them into electronic formats for streamlined storage.<br>• Handle file boxes, including sorting, labeling, and archiving materials as needed.<br>• Perform e-filing tasks to ensure all digital records are accurately categorized.<br>• Conduct routine audits of file systems to confirm proper organization and compliance.<br>• Assist in retrieving documents promptly when requested by various departments.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information within all filing systems.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve filing processes and optimize efficiency.<br>• Provide general administrative support related to filing tasks.<br>• Ensure all records are updated and adhere to organizational standards.
• Previous experience in a file clerk or similar administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in paper filing and digital file management systems.<br>• Ability to handle file boxes and organize physical records efficiently.<br>• Experience with scanning documents and converting them into electronic formats.<br>• Familiarity with e-filing systems and document categorization.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and securing sensitive information.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
