This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, confidential environment and enjoys working with organized systems and processes. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic client records</li><li>Scan, label, and upload tax documents into internal systems</li><li>Retrieve files as requested by tax preparers and administrative staff</li><li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all documents</li><li>Assist with general administrative tasks as needed during peak periods</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in a file clerk, administrative, or office support role preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li><li>Basic computer skills; experience with document management systems a plus</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment</li></ul>
