Responsibilities:• Prepare and record journal entries, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately documented.• Conduct monthly account reconciliations, including bank and ledger accounts, to maintain accurate financial records.• Oversee the month-end close process, including the preparation of necessary reports and adjustments.• Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns and sales tax reports.• Monitor and maintain the general ledger to ensure it remains up-to-date and balanced.• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.• Collaborate with internal teams to support accurate financial reporting and compliance.• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards during all financial activities.• Provide support during audits by preparing required documentation and addressing inquiries.• Continuously seek opportunities to improve accounting processes and increase efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in corporate tax preparation and sales tax reporting. • Strong proficiency in journal entries and general ledger management. • Hands-on experience with month-end close processes and reconciliations. • Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Knowledge of accounting principles and standards, with a commitment to accuracy.
