We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. This position is responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. If you enjoy working with numbers and have strong organizational skills, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.</li><li>Prepare and execute payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers).</li><li>Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience with ERP systems.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.</li><li>1+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.</li></ul>
